Easy Enchiladas
What you need:
1 pk of EXTRA LARGE tortillas
1 can of enchilada sauce
1 pk of shredded cheese
1 lb of hamburger meat
Brown hamburger meat
Preheat oven to 350
Add desired amount of enchilada sauce to hamburger meat (Leave at least half a can) Lay tortilla out and donate meat Add desired amount of cheese on top of the meat Roll up and push to the side of the pan Repeat until you have your desired amount of enchiladas (I usually can fit 6-7 surrounded by my large baking pan) With the extra enchilada sauce take a spoon and spread some over the top of the enchiladas (Not a lot purely enough to coat the top of the tortilla if you put to much they will come out soggy .. yes I know from experience) Cover the top of the enchiladas with cheese (I like to put A LOT, but it is newly up to you) Put the pan in the over for 7-10 min (Just long enough for the cheese to liquefy and the sauce to bake into the tortilla) And enjoy! (We like to chomp through them with sour cream! yummm)

I'm going to make fried chicken if I can get a minute minus a baby on my breast. My twins are feeding at different times today, so I've been sitting & nursing adjectives day...
Anyway, here's a good chicken recipe. It's slightly spicy, but not really.
I use Great Value chicken breast for it, cut into smaller pieces than they come in surrounded by the bag.
Let the chicken sit in Italian dressing for at least 30 minutes. Take Hot and Spicy Cheese-its and crush them up really in good health. Then take the chicken directly out of the dressing and coat with the cheese-its. Fry it in a container with about a table spoon of vanilla. edit-Oops, I mean butter. I be thinking I need vanilla to make brownies... LOL!
Or take and soak chicken within italian dressing, then slit open long ways. Add Pepper jack and sharp cheddar cheese, then close it up & wrap it within bacon. Fry it in a pan with butter also. Yummy.
I longing I had the stuff to that tonight. I'm having to use good ole corn flake crumbs... Just not relatively as tasty...
spaghetti we havent had in month my hubby doesnt resembling it so much oh well
tonight...grilled steak salad.
romaine lettuce, cucumber, orange pepper, blue cheese, onion, topped with sliced, hot grilled steak...and balsamic vinaigrette...and a piece of garlic bread.
