Yes and yes. The older my son get, the worse his poo gets. Ugh.

Absolutely! Grapes, corn, etc... Some things are a lot harder for them to digest than others. They are still getting the essential nutrients when the baby chews the food, but their little digestive systems can't break down the fibrous matter.
