7 weeks is far too early to be even thinking about a schedule. Her requests are changing constantly, and she is too young to understand why you might be making her dawdle to eat or sleep, or trying to make her do something she doesn't want.
Your lack of punctuation and means letters make it hard for me produce much sense of your post --- but all you really need to know is that you DON'T need a programme, and she isn't spoiled.
Listen to your baby. When she's hungry, feed her. When she seems tired, put her down to sleep. When she's awake and alert and not hungry, play near her. When she's fussy and not hungry, rock and comfort her.
