My comment is: I don't know what country this is referring to, but it's a good thing that the mortality rate is getting smaller.
I'm glad to see that it is going down. I feel very sad though for the parents of the infants that did surpass away and am glad that strides are being made in the field of neonatal and prenatal prudence to ensure the survival of both mother and child.
