Anyone here own their babies close together?
My son was born six months ago and im breastfeeding him. Anyways... i wanted to wait till he be at least 1 to get pregnant again but my husband wants one sooner. lol. So anyways end night we didnt prevent it. We arent trying---just not preventing. Because it doesnt really matter to us that much if we do we do. we would love that baby to peices too.
Im merely a little nervous about the closeness contained by age. My son would be about 15 months old if i did become pregnant. How difficult is that? How was your pregnancy near a young baby? Im not sure if i want to continue the "what happen, happens" approach because of my apprehension to the age difference being so slight.
How did your first child react?
Mine are less next a year apart. My daughter born October 18th 2007 and my son born October 8, 2008. It is VERY busy but i wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. They are already very close and they love each other so much. But I would recommend, especially if you enjoy no help, that you wait at least another year. Having 2 beneath 2 is unbelievably demanding, especially when my son was a newborn with colic.. I honestly didn't think I would survive it. There are conspicuously advantages to having them close but it's A LOT of work. I cannot stress that enough. My daughter is now 20 months mature and my son 9 months old (and extremely high maintenence, lol)
My daughter is almost a year old, and I'll be 23 weeks pregnant soon. So they'll be pretty close in age. =)
My brother and I be also close in age, we were about a year apart. We be really close, still are. He is one of my best friends. But we did bicker quite a bit. It's probably easier as a mother to take care of children closer surrounded by age because you do the whole diaper and baby stuff for a few years, then it's done. But you never know, you might obtain bitten by the baby bug again in a few years. =)
Answers: My oldest 2 are 15 months apart, and to be honest I didn't find it very difficult at adjectives. I had a very uneventful pregnancy so it wasn't that hard on me. My first child be just fine, she seemed excited, and didn't really show any jealously or anything like that. If I could do it over again, I wouldn't delay one bit, I do it again in a heartbeat
My second child was born when my 1st child be only 17 months old. It was intricate for me during the pregnancy because I had complications while pregnant. I am only 20 and I am full time student and I work from home now so it is a face for me some days, but i love it. My son is 24 months old now and my daughter is 6 months old. It be a hard start because she had heart problems but like i said i love it and wouldn't shift it for anything.
