yes I believe it's normal. The spot is bluish-green and it's located on the tip of the tailbone, right? My baby has it too and so did adjectives my nieces and nephew. It's not a bruise or anything and it doesn't hurt the baby.

It could be a reaction from her diaper. That is not normal. Try to get rid of it by cream or by trying to rub it sour. If that doesn't work, then take her to a doctor soon!
