Are cloth diapers the channel to progress?

I am having trouble with my DD (she is 2 months, 23 in and 13 pounds 11 oz, if that make any difference) diapers. We are using disposables, first pampers and now huggies and we have tried target. They adjectives leak out the back. I have be considering going cloth (we have just moved and now hold a washer dryer in our unit). Do cloth diapers have leaking issues approaching we are having (or other leaking issues as well). Are pocket diapers better than one size? Are there lots brands with disposable liners, and do the liners flush in good health? THanks for the help!
I have heard they are the way to be in motion, and I am planning on trying them once my child is born. They are better for the enviorment and your child's bottom.

Cloth diapers are less likely to leak. They are more absorbant.

Good luck Source(s): 19 weeks next to first :)
Teen moms rule!
I tried those two brands and had the same
problem with our son.
The liner that are supposed to keep everything in
are super small.
We tried the walmart brand, Parents Choice
and they worked excellent!!
Plus they are much cheaper.
We only settle 10 bucks for 97 diapers.
the liners on those are big!
& most importantly our son is
conformable in them!

i hope i helped

Answers:    I've never had a cloth diaper leak on me.
Our diapers are one size adjectives in ones, making them just as easy as disposables. You freshly toss them in a pail instead of the trash.
Most of the combination diapers that have disposables liner, the liners are flushable you just have to break it up past you flush.
Take a look at these sites, they're very informative.
I would go to cloth, they don't take any more time and they amass money. Source(s): http://www.bumgenius.com/one-size.php

I have done pocket, one size pocket, contour, prefold, and all in one diapers. I really approaching the bumgenius one size diapers the best out of all of them. It's great that they are one size, my son is 16 months old and still uses them, I purchased them second hand from a women that said they still fit her 4 year older. My son was exactly the size of your daughter when we started cloth. The prefolds worked well at that size, one size diapers are a bit bulky until 4 months old. You can procure the infant size diapers with a small cover, I prefer thirsties. I would keep it low cost because the grow out of the smaller sizes so quickly, they stay within medium the longest.

I've had far fewer leak in cloth than I did in disposables, they even hold better at night. I've never used a liner but do suggest getting a diaper sprayer for hurried clean up.

As far as disposables go I've had the best luck near the walmart brand parent's choice diapers but still have leaks.
