Does your babe-in-arms shimmy round the cot?
mine does. he's 3 months and every morning his little legs are through the bars! haha (as in I put him with his foot to the foot of the cot and then they end up through the side of the cot by morning).
I tuck him in tight at darkness but he somehow manages to 'walk' around the cot bumper. How can I stop him from doing that because he sometimes wakes himself up doing it.
thanks
my son is 20 wks and not only does he move around the cot he now rolls onto his side and tummy and get stuck .Im up and down like a yo-yo some nights moving him back when he is crying as he is stuck. I put him contained by a grow bag as it means he cant get his foot out the cot.
My son have not kept still since he was around 5wks old! It started with lifting his legs, and have to wear a grobag every nite since he was 8 wks as I was scared he would see the covers over his head!
He is 6 mths now, he has turned a full 180 degree and also wriggled to the other side of the cot and then turned a 90 degrees. He never wakes up within the same place that I lay him down.lol
I would be lost with Grobags - they are an absolute godsend, I would suggest trying one of those as his foot cannot get through the 'bag' x
Answers: My son is 11 weeks hoary and does the exact same thing. I always lay him in duplicate spot when I put him down and he always wakes up at the opposite shutting of the crib and facing the opposite direction. The only difference is that he always have his arms sticking through the bars instead of his legs.
I don't have a bumper either and for alike reason but I am considering buying a special one that is supposed to be safe.

Good luck! Source(s): http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp…
I was told they were ok once baby be moving around on their own. Also, they sell breathable bumpers that allows air movement. Good luck!
