How do you save your infant populated adjectives time?

My son is 3 months old. He is awake much more than my daughter was at this age, and he's also much more content. I'm just wondering what kind of things I should be doing with him... It's a long day with a child who doesn't sleep much! I read to him, give him floor time to work on rolling over and tummy time, dangle his toys in front of him, give him toys to play near (he just learned to grab them!), homily and sing to him... What else can I do? I feel like he spends too much time just watching me and my daughter (almost 2), and I want him to be more involved. If that's possible. LOL. I lately don't want him to be bored or understimulated.
