My 4 month outmoded is sleeping through the hours of darkness (10 pm to 7 am)! Will it end? How can I net it closing?
I influence just keep doing what you are doing! My daughter has her days when she will sleep adjectives night, and days when she won't. She will be 4 months next week.
Keep doing what your doing! I get my son on a schedule right away! At about 9pm, we go upstairs and i'll contribute him a bath, put him in his room and dim the lights and make the room comfortable and he'll any get his last bottle or i'll rock him in his rocking bench until he falls asleep. My son goes to bed at about 9pm every night and sleeps until 8am.
Keep the entire routine the same. If he/she bathes, eats afterwards goes to sleep, do not change that. Don't make any evening plans for more or less 3 weeks so that you could keep the routine the same.
This will increase the chances of him/her keeping same sleep template but, it doesn't guarantee it. They are not robots so you may be up with the little one in the middle of the night sometimes.
You're lucky right now, but there is no guarantee or style to make it continue. If she ends up waking up, you purely have to be a mom and go with it. Good luck!
my son be the same and as time went on he would sleep later in a minute he is 2 and goes to bed at 9 and usually doesnt wake up till 9 or later adjectives i ever did was let him sleep. just bring in sure naps arent too long or too close to bedtime
