Would this affect my milk supply?

i dont really eat much, but i keep my self hydrated and i continued to take my prenatal pills. i know you're supposed to get through at lest1500 calories a day when BFing, but i just lost my appetite completely.

how bad would this affect my body?
it will definately effect your milk supply. as well as the toddler not getting enough nutrition from your milk.dont be selfish and do whats best for your baby if you are breastfeeding or plan to...EAT!
provided your still breastfeeding regularly, your supply shouldn't drop.

However, your body will automatically start taking nutrients from your food/body to give to the baby before giving it to you (which might tight you'll lose weight, but it will most likely be muscle mass, not fat, and thus is not a good thing). So its quite important to try and trade name sure that the food that you do eat is nutritious and well balanced.

Look up 'lactogenic foods' on google for accepted wisdom of foods that will help you keep your supply up
Answers:    It won't affect your milk too much. Even somewhat malnutritioned women contained by countried where they have limited access to food still do paperwork to make good quality milk. Your body will be the on to suffer, not your baby's. Since you are taking your vitamins and drinking plenty of wet, your supply should not be much affected for a while.

Have you talked with your doctor in the region of your lack of appetite? That was a major sign of my post partum depression. Its better to get hold of help adn checked out medically to get our appetite back on track for your and your baby's strength.
Another annoying Mom to be next to another jack *** question.
