At what age did your child lose his\her first tooth?
My son (who is 6) noticed a loose tooth this past Wednesday. He was impressively excited because he was one of the only kids in his class who hadn't lost one even so. It wasn't very loose, though. I figured it would take a week or two since it fell out.
Well, yesterday morning he came running to me with his tooth in his mitt...I was so surprised at how fast it actually come out.
He told me it was driving him nuts so he just decided to verbs it as hard as he could... well, it worked.
That's my story!

I teach preschool and was shocked when one of my 4-year-olds lost her two bottom front teeth. When I mentioned it to her mom, she told me that her pediatrician told them that the earlier a child loses his or her first tooth, the nearer they'll go through puberty. Six seems like a pretty biddable age for it.
My daughter was 6 also when she lost her first one!
I think my daughter was give or take a few 5 1/2 when she lost her first. She was definitely in kindergarten. She's lost 6 teeth in a minute and she's 7.
