is sucking her thumb would getting them a babybottle or pacifier be better or just cause more problems and why would they be doing this because from what ive read 14year olds shouldnt be going through regression

Answers: 14? Mum died?, then she may ably regress, no shocker there, but she should get counseling. My Mum died when I was 28, severely difficult to cope with at any age, but 14 years - you would really need family/experts to be there for you. virtuous luck.
