Looking for a contribution for a 5 year prehistoric boy, preferally somewhat informative? Help!?
Educational or really really fun would be great. I don't know a lot about him, he's a husband's nephews' cousin or something like that!
Get him some books. He's either just learning to read or will be. Kids are other excited to read to their parents at night, so try and pick something that a young reader wouldn't struggle too much with.
I own a 5 year old son. Educational...Hmmmm...Walmart has a little laptop i.e. fairly educational and fun. Its around 20 - 21 dollars. I think the age compass is 4-6 years. They have a little higher priced one. I am of late a big money saver / mother of 4. The laptop taught my 4 year old junk mail, numbers, shapes, directions (called mouse control-such as left, right, up, down). It is orange and yellow. Requires 4 AA battery (maybe throw in a pack of those.)
On the pricier side...leap frog has a hand held gaming console. VERY edifying.

Answers: Legos. You can obtain them in a very wide price variety, and pretty much all 5 year old boys love them. They are lots of fun but also educational and require the kid to use his imagination.
Well from my point of vista you should get him like a leap frog educational games hope I be a great help.
