It it is with someone telling rumors make clear to them to quit it because their only jealous of the person their making fun of.
If they hit or punch specifically serious so tell an adult.
If people simply give you dirty looks then ask them what their problem is.

Answers: It all depends. What is he doing? He it just name calling and mockery? If it is, try talking to the bully and asking him/her to stop. If it is the hitting, punching, and kicking type, tell an adult. That could be serious and he/her could be doing it to other race. Go to adults who can stop the bully. Schools immediately have zero tolerance rules and will immediately pinch action.
Depends on the situation. Every situation is different, and needs a different response.
But, a see in the nuts or punch in the face other works. But it'd get you, or whoever is being bullied, suspended from school.
