How to return with pay for to going to bed rash ?
You may just hold to start forcing yourself to get up a little earlier everyday, eventually you should be tired sooner. I remember anyone youg and sleeping in, now if I sleep past 9am I touch like I've wasted the day away lol.
Try waking yourself up an hour earlier, so you'll hopefully go to bed an hour sooner. Keeping busy during the daylight will help to wear you out, too, of course. I usually turn the lights off at a sure point before going to bed, and that can help.
Set an alarm to rouse you up earlier, that way you'll get tired quicker and be ready for bed by 10pm.

You could try reading a book before you go to asleep, it'll set you in the dream mode in position for sleep. I have to say that that's too late you're sleeping at. Even I don't sleep that unpunctually. Try to erase your mind of everything; parents, school, etc. Try to set up one picture in your mind that will get you to sleep, that will oblige to become calm and relax for sleep. For me, it's a picture of a big field in the morning and I'm running around. I don't know why that soothes me, but it does, and every time I tried it, it works. Calms me and puts me to sleep.
