For the 8 year old: 7:30 on college nights and 8:30 on weekends.
For the 10 year old: 8:00 on school night and 9:00 on weekends.

At 9 for the 8 year old and 10 for the 10 year old. If you make them sleep too long they won't sleep though the hours of darkness and wake up really early.
