Help!! My daughter have her FIRST CRUSH?!?
My daughter is eleven years old and has a crush on a boy in her class. I never realize how immediately she's growing! She told me that she likes him and I don't know what to do! I told her to try and talk to him. What should i do? I don't even know this boy, she's only eleven - nobody date at that age! Tell me what to do?

Don't flip now. It's a crush. It's not like she's getting married to a horrible person. Start judge the boys in high school. It's probably not the first crush she have ever had either and it definetly won't be her last. It's newly practice so let her stare and him and be embarassed. She will learn in middle arts school about what to and what not to do. Just let it be. Nothing bad will crop up. But when she gets older then start freaking out. Oh, and also, she won't obtain pregnate! She probably knows the who sex talk by heart so if you want to keep her on track of not have sex just mention something every week to embarass her and to make her think more or less her choices.

A crush is natural, but this is about the time you start talking roughly the birds and the bees with your little girl so she doesn't end up doing things with this boy that she didn't realize be wrong. Teach her about sex and different body parts and what happens when they touch each other (lol). Ask her why she like this boy. Looks? Personality? Teach her that she can trust you and later on she will be less likely to come home at 16 and say-so "I'm pregnant"
I think what you did is right. It is great that she came and talked to you in the order of it too. I think at this age a boyfriend is more the person you pass proceedings to at school...At least it was when I be a kid.
Its totally normal. Girls start crushing on boys once they know what a boy is haha:) And yeah they do 'date' they telephone eachother boyfriend and girlfriend and stare at eachother and hold hands on the playground. Nothing major. Relax:)
