I'm 12 and I don't hold kids, but I have cousins that are like brothers and they like to annoy ancestors, mostly me, but they annoy everyone.
Yes! My little sister is nine and she can drive you up a wall! She screams at the top of her lungs when she comes home from school and consistently makes rumble after telling her to stop 5 times. I believe it is just a phase. I also believe they do this for attention. Do you have a younger child that everyone adore, or are you a workaholic? In any case, disciplinary actions need to be taken.
