My 6 year weak son have an unusual almost tooth shaped dismal bluish spot on his top right gum is this commonplace?

This is my first child, so I have no experience in the tooth department. I'm not sure if he has bruised his gum or if within is a tooth that's supposed to come in. He has yet to lose a tooth at adjectives, but that bluish spot is bothering me, and I'm concerned. Should I take him to the dentist for this spot, or is this normal for his age?
my 9 year old daughter has something similar - one and only hers was a red spot. It looked almost as if she jammed her toothbrush into her gums and created a bruise. The dentist was the first to notice and he said to keep watch on it. When we came back for the following appt (6 months later) it was still there- not bigger or smaller. There be no pain or anything.

We were then referred to a periodontist (gum specialist). He be very perplexed and took a piece to send in for a biopsy. Apparently here can be some autoimmune diseases that cause these spots. The tests came put money on fine - they have no idea what caused it to this sunshine. The periodontist cut the rest of it out and she has been fine since then.

Never hurts to own it looked at. Good luck.
Is he contained by pain?
I suggest making an appointment with a dentist as soon as possible just to check, even if it doesn't hurt. It could be as simple as a tooth start to loosen.

About 3 years ago, My little brother was having bruising about one of his 2 crucial front teeth. My Mom was also worried and took him to a Dentist. After and X-Ray, The doctor discovered that he has another "Grown-Up" Tooth. It was an extra one that the doctor surgically took out.

Because he hasn't lost any teeth even so, I think you should have that baby tooth pulled because it could be the "Grown-Up" tooth is trying to come within but the baby one isn't loose enough so it can come in through the gum. That would be extremely sore, Like a baby Teething.

Make an appointment and take him to the dentist. He/she will tell you what is it.
