So call "kids shows" today getting indecorous?
Is it just me or do some disney shows/movies and other shows said to be kid friendly seem to be a little rude...especially when compared to kid shows from 15-20 years ago?
not just you i watched the suite duration on deck and the episode with the red car zack said he already had the homily and now some kids in the world are asking that damn question at a childish age
I would own to agree. I'm 18 now, and looking back to the shows I watched as a kid, they weren't nearly as vulgar as they are today. The kid friendly intellectual shows, such as those on WTTW and Nick Jr (Nickelodeon during the day) are generally pretty safe. The good article about being a kid, though, is that most don't understand the vulgar humor aft the shows until they get older. Kids think its funny because it's obnoxious or silly, not because there's some sick, twisted ploy behind it that adults understand.
Disney has other had little innuendos in their movies and shows, but little kids don't realize it. I know my friends and I never did until we got to roughly 7th grade, and by then it was safe because we understood it from a more mature point of view.
If you're worried in the order of your children being affected, don't. Of course there will other be cartoons that aren't very kid-friendly, but generally in that will be a "TV-14" in the corner in the beginning of the show. If you surface your children shouldn't watch those until they are that old, then don't tolerate them. Most TVs have a parental lock option now. My parents didn't agree to me watch anything I wanted, of course, but I watch pretty much all cartoons, even some not so kid-friendly ones, like The Simpsons, and I suppose I turned out pretty well. If you're watching a "kid-friendly" show with your children and you see something inappropriate, don't clear a big deal out of it because like I said, they probably didn't even notice!

it's not newly you. Some are just really out there! have you ever sit down and watched some of SpongeBob Squarepants.i'm sorry, but that show is way too weird.

Some shows are getting a little inappropriate, while others are being route to careful about whats on the show. Just be careful what your child examine I guess.

Yes, probably. When I have kids, I will let them watch those shows, but I will monitor the shows with them and talk to them about what they saw so they aren't negatively artificial by it.
Yep. I miss Tiny Toons, Duck Tales, Tale Spin, and Chip 'N Dale. Those are the shows that come on right after school when I was growing up. Nowadays, everything is a bit more "mature" No wonder kids grow up so fast!

Answers: Disney channel i will say can be over some little kids heads. one, wizards of Waverly place they show like mad of teenage kissing or making-out, suit life on deck. one of the characters said she had 4 sisters and 5 brothers one of the other characters responded contained by and I quote "Wow your mom needs a hobby." but Disney channel has loads of developed humor. same as nick teenage making out and adult humor approaching icarly has fair amounts of adult humor and kissing. sketch net work you may know total drama island or now called total drama movement. it show brief amounts of nudity (covered but still) like a girls top being taken sour during a challenge (from a branch or something I can't remember.) and a guy who shorts came off and they showed it (it be covered by that fuzzy blurry stuff but still very inappropriate). and one last think around nick. you know that show fairy odd parents? It show Cozmo not audible range what is fairy god kids Timmy said and he want out and got plastic surgery on his...bust line and made him achieve huge breast after Timmy tells him what he really said when Cozmo did not hear he said oh you said . i thought you said . (i forget what the words were.) but then Cozmo said "okay I'll do what you said but im keeping these.) Source(s): what will be subsequent? I watch a lot off T.V.
