Which is worse for kids?
We let our kids drink diet soda in limited quantity. I'm not thrilled about it, but I don't want them to get all the sugar within regular soda and juice has a ton of sugar too. Since it's only occasionally, I don't stress nearly it. The kids mostly drink water.
Anyway -- to my question. I love drinking ice (decaf) coffee near milk in it (no sugar). I let my 9 year old drink the adjectives thing today and my husband was aghast. I told my husband it was probably better than diet or regular soda since it doesn't own sugar or nutra sweet. And since it's decaf, the amount of caffeine he would get is minimal. I maintain that it is a better choice than diet soda.
What do you think? And up to that time you say it -- I know there are lots better drinks than either of these, but my press is between decaf and diet soda.
kids arent having a virtuous time as kids if you dont let them have sugar at least permit them have sugar when you go out to eat or sumthin
i think ur husband i s overreacting beacause letting ur kid drink it is not bad but on the other hand u shouldd permit ur child drink soda not all the time but here and there
Diet Soda is worse than decaf coffee with milk
you said it none of them.
wet or natural juice.
Answers: Iced decaf coffee with milk and no sugar? Wow. That's pretty unharmful.
Soda is liquid sugar (I never liked it myself), while that "coffee" is rather alright. Drink up!
It's fine, merely be aware that decaf has caffeine in it just not as much as regular and you're substituting milk for physical food.
As for soda in general, it tends to rob muscles of potassium thus making them smaller quantity effective in movement and possibly explains the connection between diet soda and plumpness. I'd skip soda entirely if it were my family. Oh, we do that in our line, limit juice drinks to one a day, and milk to a few eyeglasses a day and not as a meal replacement.
