My 6yr elderly have his perm tooth coming contained by & little one tooth is loose. Can we shake & waggle it until we can verbs out?
I've had didn't opinions: don't wiggle or the perm teeth will be crooked.& yes, jiggle to get the perm tooth w'out anymore pain to his gums.
Just let the tooth come out intrinsically.
From experience, I wiggled a tooth, and it DID come back in crooked. It come in and started moving towards my pallet. I needed braces to correct it. It's still in the process of correcting.
it is fine, but it is more fun to let it be loose for a while, I loved it when I was little and losing baby teeth, I loved messing beside it with my tongue and I kinda worked the nerve with it until it broke, agree to him deal with it, it is a life experience, bring in sure he knows to show you so the tooth fairy knows to programme in an appointment if that is the case. But you can shake it until it comes out. Have him gargle salt water after he looses it it helps next to the dead nerves and his gums and stuff. The water has to be really salted but make sure he doesn't drink it or he will puke.
If you pull it pull it straight up, and if he tugs explain to him to only pull it straight up.

She told me, since it was loose enough, to take hold of a hold of it with a tissue and twist it and pull it at impossible to tell apart time really fast. It came out the first time I tried it. Just tonight I pulled his second tooth the same means of access. It too became very loose and sore so I took the initiative to pull it. This one come out on the second try. Just be sure to get a good grip and then verbs and yank quickly. His dentist also told me to use numbing gel (orajel or something similar) and wait 10 minutes to endow with it enough time to kick in. This really seem to help with the pain. Both times he said it didn't hurt that unpromising.
Don't know about permanent teeth being crooked from wiggle, I personally have never heard this nor have my child's dentist ever told me that.
Go tot he dentist. I had a loose infant tooth and the one came in without the other falling out and I truly cracked my tooth.
