My 9 year older sister?
I have 3 sisters ages 9,7,6(Almost 7). She changed into her PJ's and i knocked on the door(Had to ask her where she put the TV Remote,similar to it matters now). She opened the door and i noticed these weird looking marks on her upper back when she turned around i noticed she have these really odd looking marks on her back. They looked resembling fist marks like someone had hit her which is REALLY freaking me out. I asked her who did that and what happened(They looked pretty serious). She said the Neighbor Kyle(He's a 12 year frail boy) did that. I really do not know WHAT to think! My parents are at Dinner and won't be back into late. What should we do roughly this I am completely clueless!
Call your parents, and then give the name the local authorities, this is assault/battery (WHICH IS TOTALLY ILLEGAL)
Wait until your parents catch home.
I know this is serious, but they're the first people you want to go to about this situation.
They'll have a word to that horrible little boy's parents, and I hope they really set things straight!

THis is a situation for your parents. Ask them what they plan to do. Then help your sister talk in the region of it often. Find out if he has done this before. There are bully law now and your parents should call the police if this is something that has be happening for a while.

transmit your parents when they get home. Now me, i get angry if someone even lays a hands on my OLDER sisters, permit alone younger. I'd probably kick that kids...well lets not progress there. You cannot let anger get the worst of you. It brings out the worst surrounded by people. Unless they were just playing around and it wasn't intended. But if he did it next to bad intentions, make sure he learns a lesson. Any agency you can but make SURE it gets to an adult no situation what. before YOU do anything

Tell your parents right away, this could get genuine bad. If she's hurt, you can sue that boy's family or talk it over and see what happen.

it depends on the sister, if it was one of the six or seven year olds that is entirrely inapropriete sonce they are HALF his age , u should go over ur neighbors house right nwand show kyles parents ur sisterback, if it is the nine year antediluvian it is still verry serious, but not as horrible and it can wait untill ur parents get home probably, so as to not mortify your nine year old sister,
