Answers: Is she tearing it up to me malicious, or just playing to intricate with it. Either way don't buy her anything for a while, but most importantly talk to her almost it first. Tell her that you won't be buying her things for a while because you don't know how to treat stuff. Explain the right to her. Teach her how to handle getting new things.
When you feel she's made some improvements start small, buy her little things and examine her, if she starts getting to wild with it take it away for 5-10 minutes and re-explain to her that this is not how we touch things. Have her tell you what you have taught her. Then distribute it back and let her try again. It's going to time to teach the right road to do things especially at age 5.
