Dialogue writing...requirement give a hand urgent!!1?

this my question , my english teacher gave to write on

i am 17 yrs dated, i am very cute and attractive, however i hav a big problem. the boys look at me, they smile in a positive manner but not a soul invites me to walk with them. i have outstandingly approachable nature ..blah blah
i am somehow not able to start the conversation , havin a fear of anyone laughed at.

so this was the question my english educationalist gave
plz help
answer should be in dialogue writing
