My lecturer stole my diary..and kept it?
If she turned it in to the Principal go to the Principals bureau and ask for it back.
Although I don't reflect on you should've been writing in your diary during class, I don't think she have any right to read it and keep it from you, considering it was your personal property. If you have the school's or principal's phone number, or e-mail or any other method of contacting them, I would call and ask if they still have it, and request to have it rear legs. Or you could have your parents drive you to the school after summer's ended and ask to pick up your diary.
Good luck.
Odds are she simply forgot that she ever took it. She probably thought that you would let your parents know, and they would retrieve it from the principal.
She did not steal your diary, she removed it from you b/c it was a disruption to your education. Your are probably lucky that you did not take in trouble, as most schools are zero tolerance policies for threatening behavior.
I'm not axiom either of you are in the wrong, as she and the principal probably forgot about it, or when you/your parents never come for it, assumed your didn't want it.
You could go to the teacher or principal and ask, but most likely they threw it away at the finish off of the year(especially if it he/she had it for a long time). A child's diary is not something that a principal would have any interest in holding on to.
u need to go up to the arts school and demand it back take a parent if ur underneath 18 or just bypass the school and go to the person in charge of the district she can't do that
*mouth falls widen and gasps* that's so mean to do. How do your parents feel about it? Maybe get hold of your parents to go over and ask for it back. That's your diary and she went through your private stuff awww sweetie that's grisly. Its your diary and you can write anything in it.
She did not steal it. She took it away for a little brat that was not supposed to be using within in the middle of class.
She have no right to do that - it's your personal property. Yeah, you shouldn't have been writing in it while the educationalist was talking, but you said it was free time... Anyway, you call for to go to the principal and ask him/her for it back, since the teacher give it to him/her. And you need to talk to your parents about it. Tell them exactly what you told us - you be writing and the teacher just took it away. And when you asked for it back she said no. Your parent should be in motion in or call and speak to this teacher, and relate her how wrong she was in taking your diary. If the teacher still think she was right in taking it, tell your parents to call for the principal directly. What did you say that was so "threatening"? Maybe that's why she won't give it fund. But still, it was wrong of her to take it. Go to the principal.
Look at the bright side - it was your final year at that school, so she won't be your teacher anymore (:
Go to the Principals office and ask if you can have your diary backbone.
I will tell you that they probably ripped the pages out that you wrote about others!
:]
You shouldn't have been writing when you should have be doing your work so its your fault this happened. You also should have go into the principals office to retrive your diary.
That was really wrong. Tell your parents, they'll probably drive over when summer's done, win it from the principal and they'll talk to your teacher. Your diary is your personal properrty and your teacher have no right to read it.
