Alternative to military conservatory for 11 year old-fashioned girl?
She's only 11 and is far more disrespectful than her older two siblings. They acted as though they had the concern of god in them when it came to behavior and respect. I am trying to mold and groom this child into a more respectful individual before it's too slowly.
you can transport her to an all girls boarding school that teaches mannors abd how to be ladies. 2 of my cousins go to boarding school and it shaped them up nicely. I think you should really try near her before you consider this but if this is the only alternaitve its a good one.
You need to be CONSISTENT. That my dear is the key word.
You NO is NO. Your YES is YES and that's it. Time Out's works the best. Take privilages away.
But here is the key piece. after the disipline is over and you stuck to your guns. Talk to her. 1st explain what she did. 2nd tell he rhow she made you feel and why it was wrong. 3rd share her that disipline is the consiquence for her actions. 4th She knows the rules. If you can't do the time, don't do the crime!
Also... be on your toes! If she talks pay for, address it right away! Don't let ANYTHING slip!
I love to say this one when I get posterior talk... "I didn't ask you a question for you to reply".
I'm very militant next to my kids. But I do give them all the love in the world are furnish them lots of praise. Also, she may be behaving bad to get attention. try looking deeper into it.
Answers: You should try speaking with her and her teachers to see if there is a possible solution where on earth you would be able to keep her in her current institution.
Since you mention that she is different than her older siblings you might also consider taking her to a psychiatrist to make sure that she does not have any medical/mental strength problems.
If you still feel you need to send her some where on earth else, you might try a Catholic School, Charter School, or a Boarding School instead.
Good Luck :)
A especially sound spanking with a paddle or belt whenever she is disrespectful, followed and preceded by a adjectives lecture, will go a long way toward making her respectful.
