My Daughter is so disappointed next to freight.?

My Daughter is 12 years old. She hangs out with the..'popular' children. She comes home every morning and cries because she thinks she is just completely (obese), which she isnt really, but she weighs 135 lb. and is 4'8. We own tried everything from Weight watchers, South Beach, Atkins, EVERYTHING, she ecersizes everyday, she jogs 2.3 miles, she jsut cant lose the weight. And she is just SO depressed that adjectives of her friends are skinny.
When kids enter puberty, they gain counterweight and it makes it harder to lose. I suggest you go to the child's doctor, so he can give you suggestion. Take your daughter to a gym and sign her up with a trainer so she can have goals, approaching lose 10 lbs e.t.c, I also suggest only feed her chicken and salad, I did that and lost 13 lbs!

Make sure she doesn't eat candy and carbs at hours of darkness. Tell her that she is beautiful and being a twig isn't better.

I'm sorry to criticize, but you should be doing more to make her comfortable with the way she is. You are helping her focus on how "wrong" it is to not be a twig. Make helping her be confident AS SHE IS your first dream...healthy eating habits and regular exercise should newly be normal routine. Focusing on her inability to lose the weight is setting her up for an eating disorder.
if she really requirements to lose weight.
Train her to do push-ups and pull-ups. Jogging is good. More water. Tell her to drink 2% calcium milk to grow taller. She shouldn't sit and examine tv. Take her rock climbing, swimming, play soccer etc often with her.

Last of these doesn't work. GO SEE A PEDIATRICIAN IMMEDIATELY
i dont know if this is true but my science teacher said that jog puts on weight instead of taking it away.you should comfort herand tell her that she's not fat, explain to her many girls die losing weight, starving yourself-she should be proud of how and what she is. not adjectives people who are skinny are happy you know-trust me i have experienced it and i am still, if your skinny your surrounded by danger you become ill you dont have the strenght to do anything-tell her to be proud of what she is.
