How can I bring my mom to listen?
Are you paying for the trip? I didn't think so. It's very understandable if your own flesh and blood cannot afford it. You are way old enough to realize that. Maybe you can all go to a local water park or something.
I presume you should sit her down and tell her exactly that. Remind her of all the reasons why you should be allowed to walk, tell her that you're hurt that she doesn't want you to. If she still says no, ask her what extra things you can do to make her move her mind. You could possibly use the 'But Dad said...' technique or the guilt treatment too. Good luck!
If your Mom says "No," then she has a virtuous reason. I'm sure she's not just trying to keep you from have any fun. Money is a touchy thing, and sometimes parents don't agree on what they can and can't afford. If it upsets you that bad, try talking to her approaching an adult (NO whining) and if it is the money, offer to partially payment your own way by babysitting, or a car wash. Get creative.
