Drink lots of liquids, extremely water. Avoid dairy products and spicy foods.
It almost seems backwards to keep drinking because you'll of late end up back in the bathroom, but when you hold diarrhea, you run the risk of dehydration. Also, poke around for some Immodium or Pepto.
Answers: Sometimes, we eat something that only just goes through us a little faster, and it comes out as a very loose stool, which seem like diarrhea. If you feel all right, later carry on as usual, although stay away from greasy junk food.
If you don't really feel adjectives right, but feel a little "off", then stick next to bland foods like rice, unbuttered toast, bananas, applesauce. If you have a Gatorade that would be good too, or even better, Pedialyte (comes surrounded by drink form or popcicle form).
It's possible that the loose stool was just that one time, and now that it's out of your system you'll be fine. But if it continues, after follow the bland diet above and you should be fine.
If you have any more concerns, don't be afraid to tell your mom or dad. They should probably know.
No sugar drinks, sodas or dairy drinks.Yogurts containing probiotics can help.
Drink..
Water and/or gatorade.
Stick to the Bananas Rice Apples Toast (plain) diet. You should also stick to comfortable foods like crackers.Nothing spicy or too heavy.
NO anti diarrheal medications.
When i get diarrhea i eat some yogurt.
It doesnt matter what humane, try eating a couple
yogurts each day. If that doest aid then you should
talk to your parents. Its not necessarily about what
your consumption and not eating/drinking. Everybody gets diarrhea
sometimes, dont stress.
:D hope this helps
