11 year infirm girl and puberty?
How old are you? It may be best for an adult to speak to her about it. Someone she know very well. But if you must then you should dance along the lines of: Your starting puberty. Just tell her flat out. It is normal for all girls =) and notify her not to worry!
I'm assuming you're a male which is why you're kinda lost with adjectives this? If so, go to the librarian and ask the librarian for a book on this subject. There are some great educational books out there.

Just sit her down and say that her body is preparing for womanhood. Then find a pious book to help you tell her the rest
What shes having is spotting, its a prelude to her period. This usually happen anywhere from 6 months to a year before her regular period comes.
Does she know what a period is?
maybe check out some books at the library,
or look up some kid friendly sites on the internet.
when i was within 5th grade, they taught us all roughly
puberty and stuff like that.
they showed us how a pad worked, and even a
tampon; putting it in marine and showing how it
opens up to fluid. tell her that everything will be
okay, and every little girl gets it some time at her
age. even i know someone who got it at the
