Do u feel and 8yr antiquated girl shuld b reading twilight?
im not interested in twilight i jst heard tht they were recommended 4 teens single and i saw this girl reading it @ the pool and i wanted 2 b sure

It depends on how mature the 8 year old child is and does she completely understand what she is reading. O ri she basically reading it because everyone else has recommended it. I've read the many times and own all the twilight books. But if her parents approve or they don't safekeeping then that a different story but if your concerned then i suggest talking to the parents just about and see how they feel.

I think it is fine Ive read all of them and they be awesome! As long as the parent is ok with it...it should be fine...there are alot of bigger words in it though that she might not be capable of understand though...

I personally wouldn't see a problem with your 8 year frail reading Twilight and New Moon, but the 2 books after that (Eclipse and Breaking Dawn) I would say that you might want to tell your child to wait a few years to read those. There's greatly of violence in those (and also a lot of things improper for an 8 year old). Especially Breaking Dawn. Hope this helps!! =)
