I doubt you are a parent. Most parents would know how to spell "daughter" (note the spelling). Don't tell me it is a type-o either because you did it three times.
Contact your lawyer IMMEDIATELY! With her 'past history' I doubt incredibly much if a judge would award her anything but visitation.
Do you have a lawyer? If not I would get one. You have need of to document everything. Get statements from your daughter's teachers about how well she's doing within school. You need to show that your child is well in the swing of things in your home. If the mom has not done everything that was asked of her by child services, later she doesn't stand a chance.
