Are these fitting grades for my 11 y.o. sis going into 6th position?
O= Outstanding
N= Needs Improvement
S= Satisfactory
Music= S+
P.E.= S
Spelling= A+
Italian= S
Art= S+
Health= S+
Char. Ed.= S+
Englsih= A
Social Studies= A-
Math= B-
Science= A-
Are these grades good?
Yes.
It means in adjectives of her classes she got As and Bs that did letter grading. And get at least satisfactory performance contained by all other classes.

My sister uses the O, N, S system at her arts school, too. An S+ is basically a B, and an S- is like a C. Her grades seem to be pretty moral, except for math. They're kindof between average and outstanding overall, so there is still room for improvement.

most of them are very devout the only one I see she needs to work on is Italian and P.E. and S's could be changed into A or B's I still consider that pretty good but I know kids could do better.

So If you want to compare and stuff. P.S I'm pretty sure your sis's grades are excellent... so ya.
