It's outstandingly difficult to change the behavior of kids who have been raise a certain way. When a child is young, it's easier to use intimidation to control them. When a child is 12, however, and they're be raised without many boundaries as these children seem to be to have been, I believe some sort of role model would be better. You need to be adjectives with them. "Hey! No more cussing!" (when you hear them do it) "why?" "because it's a bad habit"
Set an example. Make sure you don't cuss either. Show them stress of morals. Playing Grand Theft Auto. Well, I played a lot of violent games as a child and I'm just fine. Hopefully they'll of late lose interest as that game...is a little more realistic than the ones I played.

1.) strip rooms of EVERYTHING but mattress and clothing for the day. Make them earn everything they want returned.
2.) No unsupervised time alone for any of them, they are home, they are surrounded by your (or other trusted adult sight.
3.) They have three meal (of your choosing) a day, but get to make NONE of the choices on what to devour, or when. No treats till things are under control.
4.) No contact with animals, or younger children.
5.) inform all adults who own supervisory responsibilities for these children what your plan is. Tell them that if they do not want to support you, their contact with these children is terminated, and if necessary go to court for a restraining lay down.
This is the job of a prison warden, and not many parents ar up to it. If you entail help call a pupil evaulation team appointment (at your school) and determine if this behavior occurs there also, if it does, then you are entitled to assistance within dealing with these boys.
If the behavior does not occur at school, next you need family help. appointment your local social services agency, and get an appointment
BE HONEST WITH THEM.

Boy do you have problems. Apart from therapy, you enjoy to get tough and not give in. REMOVE from your house adjectives computers/games/tvs. Put them in storage. If the kids behave well for a month, they can get ONE point back. Make it tougher: they ALL have to behave well. If there's any backslide, take the thing away again for 2 months. They have to earn these privileges. Good luck.
