Distract him and turn his attention towards something else and don't earnings attention to what he's doing.

Tell him it's worng to do it in public, and grab his attention near something else, and keep him occupied with it.

Try talking to him about it and telling him not to do it because general public will think wrong things about you.

Try distracting him with things, discussion him and him and stuff like that!
