My ex make my 12yr feeble son study his 10yr matured sister bring back showing bottom spankings. It upsets him. Is it maltreat?
I am not anti-spanking. I have spanked him before, but always pant on. He's gotten too old for spankings now. As an alternative he loses games and gains chores. However, he tell me he asks his dad not to do that in front of him and his father refuses to listen. He says it's surrounded by the Bible. My son says he is embarrassed and it makes him sick. Would it be wrong to report this as name-calling and let someone not involved look at the situation? Also, the sister has been accuse of fondling other girls at school. The school did not get involved, but the accusers parents are. I don't want to upset my ex, but I want to bring in sure my child (and theirs) is safe. Any advice is welcome and appreciated. i totally agree with your ex's form of punishment to his daughter he has every right to spank her anything way he wants, if he wants his daughters panties down later his daughter needs to pull her panties down to reveal her bare bottom. A 10 year aged girl should not be made to be naked in front of her brother or her father and a 12 year old should not be made to monitor that happen. I totally deliberate thats abuse. Not to the girl for the spanking but to your son for making him see that. And I dont see a need for her to have her pant pulled down for the punishment. If that makes your son feel that way and your ex continues to do this afterwards I would definitely report it. Involve someone. That may be his son but its your son too and you have every right to make sure that he feel comfortable in certain situations. And that makes me sick that the arts school is not invloved with the fondling case.
I understand not wanting to upset your ex, and I respect that. But I also respect you acting close to the adult in this situation and showing some concern for these children. There comes a time where you enjoy to do what you have to do for the sake of innocent kids and not worry about who you hurt or upset contained by the process. Just think about the fact that you could affect the lives of these kids within a really negative way by not bringing this to anyones attention. The reason why most sexual harm cases even get to the point they do is because someone somewhere was too afraid to stand up. Don't be that someone.
