What should I get hold of my daughter for my birthday?
She will be turning 8 in July.
She really hasn't shown any interest in anything, really. She has other liked reading and writing. She doesn't like watching TV that much. And she enjoys playing the piano. She also like music. So anything along the lines of that would be good, but I'm just clueless.
Thanks!
maybe like a concert ticket or something? ipod could do too =/
i agree with the IPOD..that would be nice for someone into music..however I lately have to add here..that she may not be interested in anything else because someone have not introduced it to her.nice that she likes music and especially reading but how about trying to introduce her to another hobby...broaden her horizons!...maybe a exotic bike?..does she rollerblade?...something fun to get her out and about too?..my daughter will be 8 in August.she loves her video DS but unsurprisingly I only let her use in restrictions...mine loves to paint so I go to Toys R Us and got her waterpaints..finger paints..and those big paper books in the crayon unit.mine is a tomboy though and she loves her automatic baseball thrower.and she recently received ( expensive) but like a razor ..scooter entry $99...but because she is not good at balance ...this scooter has similar to 2 bigger wing-like feet areas and you actually wiggle your bum to bring in it go.its fun...so there are a few "activities"! look it up online at Dicks Sports too ..I think I found it beneath skateboards?...
Answers: Maybe get her an iPod shuffle or some brand new piano stuff. If she enjoys writing maybe get her a small laptop, thats not that expensive and catch her limited internet.
Hope this helps!

Maybe a craft paraphernalia or something. It sounds like she is very creative so maybe even a book from borders, or a log, or one of those books where you fill in your answers. American Girl have a lot of those. A keyboard if she likes the piano (unless you already enjoy one). I agree and iPod is good but isn't she a bit young...? I was around 10 when I got mine
Get her an iPod nano. There as many different colors (Pink, Yellow, Green, Purple, Orange, Black ECT) Get her a Ipod nano in her favorite color go to apple.com :). They cost 150$ consequently load it with her favorite songs
Activity books are other fun. She can use them in the house, outside and in the car, New piano books, nearby was this really good computer game I get my son a few years back called Story Book Weaver and he created stories with that. Maybe a few books as all right.
buy her many reading materials and writing pad. buy her ipod, or piano. you're lucky have her as your child.
a few notebooks
really well-mannered high quality pencils
pens
a small laptop
an ipod
a tentative music book
clothes
new books
i WAS THAT TYPE OF KID, TOO. I LOVED READING AND WRITING MOST.
You can do what my husband & I do with out kids. It has now turned into a birthday tradition.
The sunshine before their birthday we'll take our kids to Toys R Us and the siblings pick out a gift for the birthday child. Plus the birthday child picks out a few gifts of their own as suggestions for their siblings plus gifts from mom & dad. Also to spend their birthday money.
We save a price limit too. The siblings only spend about $20 at the most on their payment to their brother or sister. The limit for the gift from parents is about $50. We append a tad to the total for birthday money they will get at a family party too.
This instrument our kids get to pick out what they want.
Toys R Us also has a birthday club so our kids get a coupon next to I think $5 off of $50 so we bring that too. When they were younger the store would administer the kids a balloon, a crown and announce that a birthday child was in the store and ask others to wish him/her cheerful birthday. But my kids are now too old for that. lol Source(s): homeschooling mom of 3 - 13, 9 & 7
My 13yr old skipped her trip to Toys R Us this setting her mind on a DS. lol Thankfully grandparents sent plenty of money to cover it. ; )
MAKE HER A CD OF PIANO MUSIC? OR MAYBE TAKE HER TO A PLACE WHERE SHE CAN PLAY THAT FOR A FEW HRS?
i would buy her one of these
- ipod nano
- maybe some books from her favorite author
- hey why not a puppy or a kitten? << tends to brand name a lot of kids happy when they get one of these. THEIR EXPRESSION IS PRICELESS!
- nintendo ds? beside games
- art supplies ]
- make a scrap book and give it to her
- locket
