i see nothing wrong with it, astronauts use there diapers so mabye thats adjectives he's trying to do, ya get some his size but ask him because it is unusual, plus its that or he wears grandpa's, lol.
if he's one and only doing the pee in the diaper thing when he's playing astronaut, it may not be such a problem. he may have hear somewhere that astronauts wear diapers, and he's just being sort of accurate.
if he's peeing in the diaper when he's not playing astronaut, it might be a problem, it might not be. if he's doing it when he's not playing, it could freshly be a little foreshadowing on a kink. there are adults who have similar kink, and i've know many people who've known of their kink since they were kids. it just depends. try talking to him in the order of it. if he says he's just playing, or he likes the awareness, it really isn't that much to worry about. it's more when they're doing it in their sleep or merely randomly that you have to be concerned because there may be underlying issues.
