My daughter 11 year older?
is asking me if she can shave i told her ur not growing yet and u not the right age or is she help me plz
11 is older enough. Just let her, there's nothing to loose.
Im 13 and still can't work up the courage to ask my mum. Be glad she's comfortable asking, but if you snub it will make her feel bad and smaller quantity inclined to ask for something like that if she needs to.
Its hard to tolerate your kids grow up, but in the long run, it's worth it.
Good Luck!
=)
Let her grow up.I started shaving when i was TEN,lady. And I didn't even ask my mom,she a short time ago noticed that I started shaving and she let me and even bought my own razors. If you deny that she's growing up she'll only go behind your back and do it.It's your choice,do you want a dishonest daughter? And she probably have to work up a lot of courage
to ask you,and you're not doing anything.
I think u should let her. I started shaving when I be 12.
First find out why she wants to shave. Is it because all of her friends are doing or is it because she really just requirements to shave. I think you should let her if she really wants to do it especially contained by the summer when she is in a swim suit. Offer her advise and help her. If you voice no, she might secrectly shave and accidentally cut herself so just say yes and help her.
If she is eleven she should own started puberty and should be aloud to shave.
YES YES!! She should share. I asked my mom a little more then a year ago when i be ur daughters age and she said yes then when i asked her to show me how in the shower she said i should probably wait. Im presently 12 and i am too scared to ask my mom cause im afraid she will say no. Just permit her.
yes if shes old enough to be bothered by it consequently why not? Its kind of hard to get nick with all the cool gels and stuff
At 11 she's going into the sixth grade right? Or are you not in the US? Last year my 11 go in 6th and its middle school. Out of the element
You could try letting her use a hair removal cream first. until you think she is old ample and responsible enough to actually shave. Thats what my mom did with me. It burns though so think twice!! Source(s): went through it too
I would let her. I started shaving at 10, it makes her feel elder. 11 year olds like that.
I started shaving when I was eleven, as did most of the girls I know. She's probably embarassed if a lot of her friends own started already and she's the hairy one. Plus, 11 is going into middle school where they start shifting for gym. I know it's wrong but a lot of girls judge each other surrounded by the locker room at that age, so even if she doesn't wear skirts/shorts her legs would still be on display.
with the sole purpose if you can see it like really bad. but let her try on her leg I don`t know cuz it hurts if you cut your self in the pit but show her how it is done
i personally would let her, tolerate her grow up. but thats my opinion.
Let her, I'm 11 and I should but I can't ask. Great job lettin her be comfartable asking you!
I am a mother as well. I would tell her no too. But she may newly start doing it anyway lol.
i started at 8 or 9.
she needs to shave!
wait a year or 2
Well, I started shaving at 10 and I turned out fine...
Shave where? Spreading shave cream on her face wont hurt but formulate her do it every day for a week an scrape it off.
My daughter is 12 and still doesn't shave... but she really have nothing to shave.
Answers: You should first of all, respect that she can ask you personal things similar to that. She trusts you, and you should help her with this so that in the adjectives she'll talk to you about these things next. Like when she get her period, or wants teen clothing etc. Ask her why she wants to shave. If adjectives of her friends are, it's probably a comfort thing or she feels left out of smaller number "clean" than them. Help her out the first time, and teach her how it's done. You want to make sure she doesn't cut herself. She's at a fine age to start, and it's not like it will affect her form or anything. She feels like she's ready, so she probably is. She's starting puberty and wishes this for herself. Buy her a junior shaving kit so that she can get started. Make sure to have her use lots of cream to curtail irritation and only shave her legs at this age. Good luck!
