My 13 year older son will not fully stir up and will not guzzle or drink anything, what could be wrong next to him?
im 13 and for some reason i used to be a early bird but in a minute im waking up at 3pm
have he been vomiting or having diarrhea? maybe he's remarkably dehydrated and his electrolytes are out of control. is his mouth (lips and tongue) very dry? you should probably rob him to the ER. that could be one of many problems. hope he gets to feeling better.
Keep a close eye on him. If things progress, talk to him. From there, doctors, emotional sustain, ect.
Concussion perhaps? Did he hit his principal on anything today?
Take him to the emergency room.

Well ok there could be Altot wrong with him i think you should bring him to a doctor as soon as possible and keep trying to wake him up anddon'tt stop he could be really really sick or he could just be tired or even depressed but my best guess is that he is possibly probably sick

ask him what have been going on with his life.when he tell you look it up on the internet and see if you can find anything related and talks about that.if you don't find anything look at the other answers.it may not be anything except a regular thing with kids.
