How much do you imagine an a 13 year old-fashioned should seize for allowance?
wow. im older than you and i only get 10 dollars per week...and i do alot of chores! in good health if ur not doing anything around the house, well, 15 dollars. now if you do some chores, like verbs your room, wash ur parents car, sweep/vacuum the house floors..stuff like that conceivably $20 tops. ur young, why u need a lot of money?
$25?! I get $5. and that's only if i do my chores... but consequently I get "report card money". How that works is:
for every A- I get $20
for every B- I get $10
for every C- I grasp nothing
for every D- I have to pay my parents $10
for every F- I hold to pay my parents $20
this seems to work really well for me because I bring back good grades, so i end up with roughly speaking $200 every time I get a report card. :) you could try it. Source(s): 13 y/o :)

I wouldn't contribute you a dime, you would come to me and ask for money for whatever items you wanted and we would discuss if they were a inevitability or want.
Teenagers should only have money in their pocket if they are earn it with a part time job not freshly given money in the form of an allowance.
wow thats not fair..well life isnt tolerant but im 13 too and i have to do the dishes everyother day and eww i hate it! i dont really grasp 2 much money only once in a while. lol but ur lucky!! and id read aloud kis r age should get 20dollars a week but u know how parents r...*sigh*

I never got a weekly allowance when i was younger, i wait till i was 15 and got a job and earnt my own money, and if my parents did donate me money i hadto work for it.

Be thankful with what you own. Alot of kids your age get 25 dollars a MONTH! Some kids get get 5-10 bucks a week. You draw from $100 a month. That is enough
my kids (14 and 15) have chores.. they are erudition how to take care of themselves.. and they get free food and a roof over their head.. clothing shoes.. and entertainment... thats it.. no cash unless it is for something special and they earn it by doing extra work.

most parents recommend like a dollar per year. So a 13 year old conceivably like $15/ a week but it dependes on what you pay for yourself and what you require then to buy.
Also, chores are a required element of being in a family and no compensation should be provided for them.
economically since you don't do any chores or anything I would say nothing. You can't expect everything to be given to you without doing something contained by return. But if you do do chores and help out around the house I would say $50 and month.
If you don't do any chores, you shouldn't get any money. You haven't earned it.

To be honest similar to if you work hardish at school 10 if you get C's 3 if you get lower 0 if you do sports and try concrete and do it every day and commited like 10

Try doing something else like clearing the table after dinner for a weeks and then try asking your dad for the $30.00 a week allowance.

you get 25 dollars a week for doing nothing? What I think you should win for doing nothing is probably different than what you think you should get for doing zilch. I don't think you should get anything. I never got allowance growing up and I did chores adjectives the time and babysat my brother and sister all the time. My parents decided it would be better if I worked toward something more fulfilling than money. I did chores and babysat in lay down to get extra time to hang out with friends and move about out to the movies with friends and stuff and when I was going somewhere my parents would just present me money for that so I didn't blow it on stupid crap that I didn't need.
Your parents aren't doing you any favors by giving you money weekly for doing absolutely nothing.

Roughly 100 bucks a month is too much for sitting down and doing nothing. I'm 14; I don't get jack for babysitting, doing chores or extraordinary jobs for my family/friends, and I'm perfectly fine with that. I can take a job sooner or later. Even if you did start pulling your weight, you shouldn't even bring an advance.

I'm your age and i don't get anything. Technically, if your not doing anything (such as chores), then you shouldn't really get anything. Your a bit spoiled if you ask me.
