What are some accurate (and sneaky) ways to bring back more vitamins and nutrients into a child's diet?
gummy vitamins they look like gummy bears
You need to start slowly count things to their diet. The article below lists some healthy lunch options that most kids love. Another piece you could try is Amazing Grass--they have a kids option and you could try mixing it with their yogurt or sort them a smoothie with it! My mother used to secretly mix egg in my sisters chocolate milk. She never notice ;p My cousin makes noodles and mixes veggies in that, then basically like that I would add all the momentous stuff the kids need to eat in adjectives the foods they like. Look for healthier alternative recipes for what they close to and don't tell them you did something.
You can also try telling them stories about how unwholesome people had bad luck or something. But be sure they imagine you're telling a regular story and be subtle about it, and pleasant - no one requests the kids to be traumatized :D
You can also try and make the food look good and fun. And, occasionally, have them serve out (just pretend they are) and be excited about what you all have cooked and own a fun lunch/dinner.
Hope I helped!

I be a picky eater until I was put into foster care. My foster mother didn't make us devour stuff we really didn't like, but that's all we got. Once the simply thing I could eat was natural foods, I lost 33 pounds and started to like vegetables. My point is, if you give them nothing but fighting fit food (no treats unless they eat their vegetables) they will have to eat it. And probably in actual fact like vegetables.
Let the kids help you cook vegetables and healthy foods. If they help make it, they're more likely to eat it.
And carry their pizza without cheese and pepperoni, but with vegetables.
Switch to whole crumb bread and rice if you haven't already.
Do they like baked potatoes? Serve those instead of fries.
I'm not really sure what you should do because my kids have been eating wholesome and organically since birth. Buy flinstone vitamins/ gummy vitamins if you want vitamins, put lettuce on the turkey sandwich or put shredded carrots in pizza cheese because it will blend it. Use whole small piece white and let her try applesauce with cinnamon
