Fun things to do when babysitting .?

Tommrow I am babysitting a 16 month pld and a 1+plus year old. We are looking for some fun things to do... something really distracting and messy and fun. It has a 30% shance of thunderstorms but if it doesn't rain it'll be 80 degree umm we really wanna tire them out considering the 1 y.o. has never been here before and might not grain like napping.
