What, if any, is the cut rotten date for a man to appendage within his mat b1 form to work for paternity start out?
Im 25 weeks pregnant today and for the past few weeks my partner has been taking a copy of my Mat B1 form into his work to paw in so he can claim Paternity Leave but he is finding this hard to do as he works nights and the woman in HR that he needs to hand this into works days so their path never cross, he has asked numerous collegues (including his actual night manager) if he can hand it contained by to them and they all say that he needs to paw it in to this one particular woman. Ive read on a website today that if i were working (I get made redundant from my job over a month ago) then 25 weeks would be my cut off point to grasp my maternity leave but is this the same for my fiance? Surely if this is the crust then the company should be understanding about him not getting to come upon with this woman due to seperate working times. Slightly stressed now :-s any ideas??
