Can a minor hold custody of her child contained by a rape situation?
She needs a lawyer. She needs to contact Social Services if she doesn't know what else to do, to find out what backing she can get.
I dont think you can have custody of a child if you are under age

did she not have custody to begin with?if the girl's parents didn't hold custody of her child then she should keep the child she is seen contained by the eyes of the law as having been the custodial parent.but if the parents for some intention had custody of the child she would have to fight to bring back custody back from them.she needs to get a legal representative to sort this out
