For the girls out at hand who own a child and are immediately split up next to their boyfriend/husband.?

I am a mom of an 8 month old baby girl. Recently my boyfriend and I of 6 years split up and its very, terribly hard for me to cope with. I can't talk to any of my friends because they cannot relate. So it adjectives started off with arguing alot(he had a unadulterated bad temper) ..this happend quite frequently...getting mad over things that didnt issue or even need to be handled in a foolish tone. SO one day he just up in gone me. I know that we fought alot but I would of loved to work things out but he doesnt want to and he says he doesnt love me anymore. Its only been 2 weeks and he go shoppping for our child today with another girl. How did any of you cope this this hard time?
Answers:    My bestfriend is in your shoes she have a 3 year old with her ex. The only item that she tries to do is be the best mom she can be to her little girl. She has put all of her differnces aside with her ex and maintain a good relationship with him for her daughter(and believe me that is a easier said than done thing for her to do). Even though your friends can't relate do you have a bestfriend that you can open up to? Talking to me help her get her frustrations out.
