your body adjusts to the baby being inside.dont verbs...and if the baby doesnt fit you will know when its time to give birth.what you do is you get a c-section. my mom is a small woman and she have to get two c-sections for me and my sister.it's a normal procedure which many women do.. women obtain them all the time.
I am under 5 feet too.. and i had a babe-in-arms. i pushed 4 awhile. but i had to get emergency c-section. but having a toddler you have to get use to people see places that you dont want them to see. you will be fine. i be in a size zero too. but after having a child im contained by a size 3..

well you dont really start getting big until about six months and it depends how aged you are...i would suggest getting an epadural because then it doesn't hurt as much. i had natural birth and if i could do it again i would get hold of an epadural!
