11 week missed miscarriage what should I do?
My foetus died at 6 weeks and I have just found out at 11 weeks, when I went to see my GP after some vaginal bleeding, after an ultra nouns the doctor confimed my miscarriage and has given me three options:
1. Conservative management
2. Medical arrangement
3. Surgical regulation
Has anyone had any experience of the above and what would you recommend?

First of adjectives sorry for your loss. I have had several miscarriages at various stages and one still birth. I would step with the surgical one because they can give you something to knock you out. Medical i found more upsetting. It is entirely dependant on you.
Hi. im having my scan monday but im definite i have miscarried. I should be 8 weeks tomorrow. My last miscarriage happened essentially. But i did not no i was miscarrying. I spotted for a week and then miscarried the day earlier my scan. So i did not have to wait for it to happen intrinsically. This time if i get the option im probably going to go for surgical. Having one readily you could be waiting a few more weeks and then you may have to consider another option as the little one will not always pass by its self. Medical is another option as you will more or smaller amount no when it will happen.My last miscarriage although the pain be quite bad i did not use any pain killer and it only lasted for around an hour which was how long it took to intervene the clots. Some people have different experiences. With the surgical option the ratification of the baby will be sorted for you and it will leave you time to grieve.

Answers: So far I've done 1 and 2. The first miscarriage I let materialize on it's own, in 2 weeks after identification of intrauterine death I miscarried. It took 3 hours of bumpy cramping akin to labor, then I passed something, and I felt a lot better - bleed for 2 weeks
With the later miscarriage I was given misprostal, Cytotec, I started spotting and spotted for about 5 days before I started miscarrying - terminated up in the ER as I soaked 5 pads in an hour, when I be on the toilet when changing a pad it sounded like I be urinating but I was not - passed the last part of the placenta on the ER floor (lovely, husband said "I preference I had stood farther back.") and the bleeding diminished greatly at that point. I think I have 3 weeks of bleeding counting before the actual miscarriage with that.
I am unsure if the misoprostal is what caused the hemorrhaging or not, contained by some ways I wish I had stuck with a conservative approach and wait since it didn't speed anything up. A D&C would have been good too as it would hold been controlled and done rapidly, but I don't like mortal more vulnerable then I have to be so I didn't run that way.
Hope it all goes okay in terms of bleeding and pain. Be aware you will be face with a rapid loss of hormones and subsequent emotional ups and downs similar to after you deliver a babe-in-arms, expect crying of course - crying when you normally would not.
